Job Description

Lead Development team in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
Ability to lead a team of developers technically and ability to do code review for key functionality
Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop technical roadmap of all projects
Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high-quality software
Understand key from business and providing technical solution
Manage Projects of Microsoft Dotnet Platform
Co-ordination with Product Managers, vendors, regulatory agencies, partners etc.
Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities

Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
