Software Developer - Java Full Stack

Role Overview: At HARMAN Tech Solutions (HTS), you will be part of a global team dedicated to leveraging technology to create cutting-edge solutions that address challenges and enhance customer experiences. As a Software Developer - Java Full Stack, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and debugging software for new and existing products while ensuring adherence to development practices and quality standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in project scoping, and contribute to quality assurance through testing and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and debug software for various products using Java full stack technologies - Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure implementation meets functional requirements and R&D standards - Participate in project scoping, scheduling, and tracking progress - Contribute to quality assurance processes through testing and documentation - Utilize technologies such as Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Rest API, SOAP API, PostgreSQL, and more - Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems, build tools like Gradle/Maven, and modern front-end frameworks - Experience with peer reviews, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and performance optimization efforts Qualifications Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience in Java full stack technologies - Good understanding of JPA and hands-on experience with Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Tomcat Webserver, JDBC, Java Swing, JSP - Tag Library, Junit, and front-end development technologies - Knowledge of RDBMS, build tools, and peer review processes - Experience with troubleshooting production issues and contributing to performance optimization - Willingness to work in a hybrid mode and commute to the Magarpatta Pune office at least 2 days a week - Successful completion of a background investigation as a condition of employment Additional Company Details: At HARMAN, you will have access to employee discounts on HARMAN/Samsung products, professional development opportunities through HARMAN University, a flexible work schedule, an inclusive and diverse work environment, tuition reimbursement, and employee recognition programs.
