Job Description

Responsibilities

Builds entire products that contain significant technical depth. Designs architectures that span many products, that enable high availability, scalability, market-leading features, and flexibility to meet future business demands.
Drives technical direction/strategy and engineering quality for the product, organization and company. May influence industry.
Collaborates with Oracles technical partners/vendors on long-term strategy
Industry expert in data-center networking and edge networking technologies.
Hires and mentors across the org. Identifies and mitigates risks across our full set of systems, particularly at the intersection of business and engineering.
Works fully independently, often on exceptionally complex, critical projects. Seeks input and collaboration when appropriate,
Participating in all phases of the SDLC including requirements refinement, design, development, testing, release and post release service operations
Collaborating on planning, architecture and major operational pain points in your product and identifying and mitigating risks in your project and across your VP's org.
At times, owning and leading more than one projects at a time while driving architectural decisions, planning development and testing phases and mitigating associated risks to deliver quality product within the planned timeline.
