This position will play a key role in designing and developing high-quality software solutions utilizing AI/ML that drive business success and meet customer needs. The Provider Reimbursement team provides essential revenue cycle management capabilities, such as charge capture, contract management and claims generation.As a Member of Technical Staff, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-performance systems for both new and existing products. Responsibilities
You'll work in an agile environment to contribute hands-on coding expertise, influence technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive improvements in our engineering processes. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and deploy scalable, efficient, and reliable models that drive business value, while leading initiatives to improves reference data management across EHR.Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in software development, with 1+ years in machine learning engineering
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with product lifecycle and delivering products from scratch
- Experience analyzing data, generating insights, and telling stories with data
- Systematic problem-solving, strong communication, ownership, and drive
