Optimize for Growth: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability to handle increasing user demands and data loads. Mentor and Lead: Guide junior team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentoring to raise the overall bar for engineering excellence. Innovate and Iterate : Drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality. Set Standards: Establish and enforce best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and system architecture to build a strong technical foundation. Problem-Solve: Take ownership of debugging and resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring smooth and reliable product functionality. Contribute Strategically: Play an active role in shaping the product roadmap by providing technical insights and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. What would you bring to the table: Expertise in JavaScript, React, Ruby on Rails, and Go, with a proven track record of building and deploying scalable applications in a B2B SaaS environment. Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and best practices for building resilient and maintainable solutions. Experience with optimizing performance and scalability for high-traffic, data-intensive applications. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and contribute to improving team-wide development practices. A product-first mindset with the ability to balance technical innovation with business goals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for debugging complex systems.
