Your typical day will involve managing processes, resources, and technologies to enhance efficiency and ensure a smooth flow of operations. You will collaborate with various teams from development through implementation, focusing on meeting cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets while fostering a productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Architecture. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their implementation. - Experience with system integration and configuration management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
