Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Must have skills : Google Cloud Compute Services Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in designing software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Ensure effective communication within the team Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges Identify and address any issues or roadblocks hindering team performance Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration. Design, configure, and manage Cloud services like Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPCs, etc. Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency. -Maintain uptime and reliability of cloud-based systems. Set up logging, monitoring and alerting systems. Manage system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance. Enforce security best practices Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure with applications. Respond to incidents and resolve issues related to cloud services. Work closely with development, operations, and security teams. Maintain proper documentation for architecture, configurations, and procedures. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS Administration. This is an expert-level position This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Depending on the team assignment, working hours will either align with standard Indian office hours (IST) or IST mid-shift to facilitate collaboration with teams in the CET time zone Qualification 15 years full time education
