Software Architect (React)

You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and overseeing large-scale React applications to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance across multi-module systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining frontend architecture standards, folder structure, and best practices. - Leading UI performance optimization, lazy loading, and modularization strategies. - Driving code reviews, design discussions, and component library design. - Collaborating with backend and DevOps teams for API alignment and CI/CD automation. - Managing migrations from legacy frameworks to React. - Mentoring React teams across multiple projects. The required skills for this role include: - Deep expertise in React 18/19, TypeScript, Next.js, and Webpack/Vite. - Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and concurrency features. - Experience in micro-frontend architecture. - Knowledge of state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil. - Excellent leadership and documentation skills.
