Position Summary: We are looking for a Software Architect with 13-15 years of experience to help lead the architectural decisions and design for scalable, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, advanced knowledge of ReactJS, and a solid track record in solving complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale ReactJS applications. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define and design system architecture. Optimize frontend applications for scalability, performance, andsecurity. Guide junior and mid-level developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. Be responsible for maintaining and improving the application infrastructure and scaling. Participate in high-level architectural discussions and help translate business requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS. 13-15 years of experience in software development and architectural design. Extensive experience in designing and implementing high- performance, scalable systems. Strong expertise in performance tuning, security protocols, and best practices. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management libraries like Redux. Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, SCSS).
