Job Description

As a UI Architect at UST, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and flexible UI architectures. Your focus will be on ensuring modularity, reusability, and performance optimization across the application stack. You will also drive the adoption of cutting-edge UI technologies and frameworks, collaborate closely with backend teams, and lead UI-related project planning and execution. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest trends in UI technologies and introduce innovative solutions to enhance user experience. - Design and implement robust, scalable, and flexible UI architectures. - Ensure modularity, reusability, and performance optimization across the application stack. - Develop MicroFrontend strategies for seamless integration of modular components. - Drive the adoption of cutting-edge UI technologies and frameworks. - Establish coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for UI development. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Collaborate with backend teams for seamless integration. - Work with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive designs. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Lead UI-related project planning, estimation, and execution. - Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the development lifecycle. - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to project timelines. - Stay updated with the latest trends in UI technologies. - Introduce innovative solutions to enhance user experience. - Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks like Angular and React. - Strong knowledge of UI frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap, Material UI, etc. - Hands-on experience with MicroFrontend architectures. - Deep understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility. - Experience in designing component-based architectures and reusable UI patterns. - Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
