Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Architect with at least 3+ years of experience as an Architect to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work alongside senior architects and engineers to design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will contribute to the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the adoption of best practices, and play a key role in defining the architecture and design for complex software applications. Job Location: Nagpur and Pune. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior architects and engineering teams to define system architecture, design patterns, and best practices for complex software solutions. Assist in the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Contribute to defining and enhancing software architecture guidelines, ensuring that new solutions align with architectural principles. Review and evaluate existing systems, recommend optimizations, and assist with system refactoring and improvements. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding practices, and guidelines. Participate in code reviews, focusing on design quality, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with other technical leads to establish the technical roadmap and make technology recommendations. Ensure that solutions are designed to be robust, secure, and meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends, incorporating them into the architectural design and decision-making process. Required Skills and Qualifications: Overall 10 + years as a 3+ years of experience as an Architect or in a senior engineering role with exposure to architectural design and decision-making. Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web APIs, etc.). Solid experience with software design patterns, microservices architecture, and system integrations. Proficiency with SQL Server and database design, including query optimization and performance tuning. Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design systems that are both scalable and secure. Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. Familiarity with performance optimization, high-availability designs, and system scalability strategies.. Knowledge of enterprise-level ecommerce platforms. Familiarity with security best practices in architecture and development. Understanding of event-driven architectures and serverless technologies. Why Join Us?
