Responsibility:

• Install, configure, and update software applications.
• Customize settings based on organizational requirements.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Provide technical assistance to users for software-related issues.
• Resolve errors, bugs, and performance problems.
• Coordinate with software vendors or developers for advanced issues.
• Ensure the software runs smoothly with minimal downtime.
• Monitor system performance and usage.
• Apply patches, updates, and upgrades.

Software Skill - Zoho Knowledge is Mandatory
