Job Summary: A Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s operations by performing administrative, clerical, and data management tasks. They handle internal coordination, maintain records, process data, and ensure smooth backend functioning to assist the front office and management teams. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for management. Handle data entry, verification, and record management. Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork. Coordinate with departments like accounts, HR, and logistics for smooth workflow. Manage internal and external correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls). Assist in payroll, attendance, and employee record maintenance (if assigned). Monitor office supplies and handle procurement as needed. Support the sales and operations teams with backend documentation and reporting. Ensure confidentiality and security of company information. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and coordination skills Time management and organizational abilities Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (optional but preferred) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
