Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Soft Skills and English Language Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing training needs. Tasks include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging instruction, and evaluating student progress. The Trainer will also provide feedback to learners and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure effective training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English language skills
• Proficiency in developing training materials and lesson plans
• Experience in conducting and delivering training sessions
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate learner progress
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus
• Experience in soft skills training is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
