Soft Skills and Communication Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills & Communication Trainer to support our students enrolled in IT and Technical courses. The ideal candidate will empower students with essential communication, interpersonal, and professional development skills required for successful job interviews and placement opportunities in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive sessions on soft skills, business communication, and personality development.
• Prepare students for job interviews through mock interviews, resume reviews, and grooming tips.
• Train students in verbal and non-verbal communication, email etiquette, public speaking, and group discussions.
• Develop and deliver workshops on teamwork, leadership, time management, and professional behavior.
• Provide individual feedback and coaching to help students overcome confidence and communication barriers.
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training with industry requirements.
• Track student progress and provide regular reports and feedback.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
