Job Summary:Presidency College, Hebbal Kempapura is seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance students employability and personal development. The trainer will design and deliver sessions on communication, personality development, leadership, emotional intelligence, and other essential interpersonal skills that prepare students for the corporate world. Key Responsibilities:Conduct training sessions on:Communication skills (verbal & written)Public speaking & presentation skillsInterpersonal and social skillsTeamwork and collaborationLeadership & decision-makingEmotional intelligenceTime and stress managementInterview skills and group discussionsDevelop customized training modules for undergraduate and postgraduate students.Collaborate with placement officers to assess student readiness and identify training needs.Organize mock interviews, role plays, group discussions, and real-life simulations.Provide one-on-one mentoring and feedback to students.Track and evaluate student performance and maintain training records.Support pre-placement preparation initiatives and industry interaction sessions.Coordinate with academic departments and industry professionals for workshops/seminars. Qualifications:Bachelor's/Masters degree in English  or related fields.Certification in soft skills training, NLP, or coaching (preferred).Minimum 25 years of experience in soft skills/corporate training, preferably in academic institutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong understanding of student psychology and youth engagement.Ability to handle diverse classroom dynamics and motivate learners. Desirable Attributes:Energetic and empathetic personalityPassion for teaching and mentoringIndustry exposure or corporate experience (bonus)Flexible and innovative training style
