Social Worker Intern

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Social Worker Interns to support our community development and social welfare projects. This internship offers practical, on-ground experience in social work, enabling you to work closely with communities, NGOs, and stakeholders while learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing social development programs.
• Conduct field visits, community surveys, and interviews.
• Support awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, beneficiary records, and reports.
• Collaborate with team members, local authorities, and partner organizations.
• Assist in project monitoring and evaluation activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Development Studies, Sociology, or related fields.
• Passion for social causes and community service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Willingness to travel to field locations.
