Social Sector Analyst

As a Senior Research Analyst/ Analyst, you will be responsible for leading impact assessment studies, Social Return on Investment (SROI) analyses, and end-to-end evaluations for social sector programs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing research designs such as baseline, midline, and endline frameworks - Managing primary and secondary data collection - Conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses - Preparing detailed impact reports, case studies, and actionable recommendations for CSR, nonprofit, and multilateral agency clients Proficiency in the following areas will be essential for this role: - Strong expertise in SROI calculations, value-for-money assessments, and alignment with OECD-DAC evaluation criteria - Developing theories of change, outcome harvesting, and contribution analysis - Experience in managing field teams, designing surveys using digital tools like KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, and engaging in stakeholder consultation - Skills in statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, or R - Report writing Qualifications required for this position include: - A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the social/development sector - A master's degree in economics, public policy, development studies, or related fields If you meet the above qualifications and are looking for a challenging role in impact assessment and research analysis, this position may be the right fit for you.,
