As the company is gearing up for aggressive growth, they are seeking passionate creators like you to join their team. **Role Overview:** - Create high-quality videos, posts, and reels for social media and web platforms. - Edit marketing and brand videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other creative software. - Explore and integrate AI tools like Runway ML, Leonardo.ai, HeyGen, ChatGPT, and other emerging platforms to enhance creative output. - Collaborate with the marketing team to bring brand stories to life. - Stay updated with design and AI trends and experiment with them in real campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expertise in creating graphics that enhance overall visual storytelling. - Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other popular design/editing tools. - Curiosity about AI image/video generation and creative prompt writing. - Basic familiarity with tools like Leonardo.ai, Runway ML, ChatGPT, and HeyGen. - Self-learner with a problem-solving attitude using Google and AI. - Growth mindset and enthusiasm for being part of a startup journey. - Knowledge of Video Colour Grading and Motion Graphics. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have your own fast laptop, reliable Wi-Fi, and basic creative software like Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro installed. - Fully remote position allowing you to work from anywhere. - Access to premium AI and creative tools provided. - Fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven work culture. - Working hours are Mon - Fri, 11:00 am to 08:00 pm.
