Job Description

You will play a crucial role as a Social Media Strategist for a leading Global Luxury Jewellery Brand based in Mumbai, India. Your primary focus will be to enhance the brand's online presence by developing and executing creative social media strategies tailored to engage and inspire the target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies that embody the elegance and exclusivity of a luxury jewellery brand. - Grow and manage the brand's visibility on various digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other emerging platforms, with a particular emphasis on Instagram and Reels. - Collaborate with design, photography, and videography teams to create visually captivating content such as campaign shoots, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes glimpses. - Design storytelling-driven campaigns that showcase the brand's craftsmanship, heritage, design inspiration, and customer experiences. - Coordinate with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to synchronize campaigns with product launches, seasonal promotions, and bridal/engagement collections. - Engage with luxury influencers, stylists, and content creators to expand the brand's reach. - Manage paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and Pinterest, focusing on ROI and acquiring high-intent customers. - Maintain the brand's luxury tone in all communications, engage with valuable customers online, and monitor brand sentiment. - Track key performance indicators (engagement rate, follower growth, leads, conversions, luxury brand mentions) and provide monthly performance reports. - Stay abreast of global luxury, fashion, and jewellery trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and aspirational in the market. Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field. - Possess at least 3-6 years of experience in social media management within the luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle sectors. - Demonstrate a strong grasp of visual aesthetics, luxury storytelling, and consumer psychology. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, influencer marketing platforms, and scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Later. - Have a keen eye for detail and design, with the ability to direct photoshoots, reels, and campaign visuals. - Experience in e-commerce and performance-driven social campaigns is highly desirable. - Show a genuine passion for luxury fashion and jewellery, along with a good understanding of trends in bridal, fine jewellery, and celebrity styling.,
