Social Media Specialist

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, and audience identification. Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Assist with the general day-to-day administrative tasks.. Regular monitoring of competitors social media sites and creating analysis reports. Monitor and keep abreast with social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy, and innovation to stay relevant and effective. Engaging with influencers/bloggers and driving meaningful, large-scale campaigns with them Qualifications Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive with at least 2+years of experience. Proficiency in social media platforms. Hands-on experience in content management Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) Good Knowledge of Social Media Tools
