Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and update website content, ensuring consistency across all platforms.-Oversee office webpages management, including new offices, changes, and Google Maps listings.-Manage web content changes, including practice pages, insights, articles, news, and press releases-Create and manage content for newsletters, website copy, and video scripts and maintain process manuals.-Ensure all promotional and marketing materials meet the companys brand identity strategy.-Upload and manage video content on YouTube.-Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.-General administrative and marketing duties including sending e-marketing campaigns, updating intranet and SharePoint sites, and publishing insights-Recommend techniques to improve the companys intranet and employee branding.-Work with various Practice Groups to design interactive web content for internal audiences.
