Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital

storytelling and grow Casagrands online presence. The ideal candidate is both strategic

and hands-on, with a deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and

performance metricsespecially within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned

with brand goals and marketing campaigns.

  • Create monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).

• Content Creation & Management:

  • Work with internal teams and creative agencies to create high-quality

visual and written content.

  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and aesthetics across

platforms.

  • Write compelling copy and captions tailored to each platform.

• Community Engagement:

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and potential customers in

a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with the CRM team to resolve customer queries raised on

social platforms.

• Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports (engagement,

reach, leads, conversions).

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize content and campaign performance.

• Advertising & Budget Management:

  • Coordinate with the digital ads team to plan and execute paid campaigns.
  • Allocate and track budget spends across social platforms effectively.

• Influencer & Partnership Management:

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and

real estate bloggers.

  • Manage partnerships and cross-promotions with complementary brands.

• Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging

trends in social media and digital marketing.

  • Propose innovative ideas to keep Casagrand at the forefront of real estate

marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

• 4–10 years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably in real

estate, lifestyle, or related sectors.

• Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content.

• Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or

similar.

• Understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and paid social campaigns.

• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
