As a Social Media Campaign Manager, your role involves working closely with the on-site Social Media Manager to create and execute engaging campaigns for various clients. Your responsibilities will include brainstorming innovative campaign ideas, developing monthly content calendars, monitoring analytics to assess campaign success, and providing suggestions for enhancing customer experience on social platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate with the SEO and Ecomm. teams to deliver value-added campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the on-site Social Media Manager to create and implement campaigns - Brainstorm new and engaging campaign ideas for clients - Develop monthly content calendars for company brands - Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas and measure campaign success - Provide suggestions for improving customer experience and internal processes - Coordinate with SEO and Ecomm. teams to create value-added campaigns Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience of 3-5 years in Social Media or Client Servicing - Experience in conducting research using multiple sources - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Proactive approach to generating ideas and strategies for campaigns and client projects - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Company Details: (if available) Location: Sector 18, Noida Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10am - 7pm Your expertise in social media marketing, online engagement, presentation skills, professionalism, creativity, and teamwork will be essential for excelling in this role.
