Social Media Performance Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Handle different campaign objectives like lead generation, website traffic, and brand awareness.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly ad performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
• Execute Instagram/Facebook boosts for content visibility.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and ad copy.
• Ensure campaigns follow platform guidelines and brand tone.

Preferred / Optional Skills:

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with DV360 (Google Display & Video 360).
• Understanding of ad copywriting principles or ability to review/write short ad copies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in performance marketing (Google & Meta ads).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Bonus: Exposure to landing page testing, remarketing, or funnel optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
