De Novo is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective social media strategies, executing campaigns, and engaging with our target audience to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage and grow presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create and publish engaging content including posts, reels, graphics, and videos.

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to drive leads and conversions.

Monitor audience engagement, respond to queries, and build strong online communities.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and social media marketing.

*Key Skills Required*

In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Strong skills in content creation, copy writing, and storytelling.

Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent design software.

Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in performance tracking and ROI analysis.

Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

*Qualification & Experience*

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

1–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing.

Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
