Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital marketing strategies across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, analytical, and skilled in videography, photoshoots, editing, paid advertising, and influencer marketing . The ultimate goal is to attract, engage, and convert potential buyers . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field . Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media marketing & digital advertising (real estate industry preferred). Strong expertise in video shooting, editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop) . Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO & Analytics tools . Excellent copywriting & storytelling skills for engaging posts. Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking . Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with the sales & creative teams. Desired Personality Traits Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling .
