Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Organic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our brand's presence across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a comprehensive organic social media strategy that drives engagement, increases website traffic, and generates high-quality leads without relying on paid ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

Manage daily organic activities on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and emerging platforms.

Optimize bios, descriptions, and links to improve discoverability and CTR.

Content Planning & Publishing:

Plan and create compelling organic content (posts, carousels, videos, reels, stories, polls, infographics, etc.).

Maintain a consistent posting schedule with brand-aligned messaging.

Write engaging, platform-native captions with strong CTAs focused on traffic and lead conversion.

Community Engagement:

Proactively engage with followers, DMs, comments, groups, and relevant hashtags.

Respond to queries, comments, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned voice.

Build and maintain relationships with industry-relevant communities and micro-influencers.

Growth & Optimization:

Organically grow followers and community base through strategic interactions, collaborations, and timely content.

Monitor trends, algorithms, and competitors to fine-tune strategies.

Conduct regular A/B tests on content types, posting times, and messaging.

Lead Generation & Traffic:

Implement lead magnets, form-based interactions, contests, link-in-bio tools, and other organic techniques to generate leads.

Track and improve organic traffic to the website or landing pages via social media.

Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze performance using native platform insights and tools like Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

Report on KPIs: engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and lead quality from social media.

Continuously optimize campaigns based on data.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) managing organic social media end-to-end.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.

Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills.

Hands-on with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.

Basic knowledge of SEO, link tracking (UTMs), and lead gen funnels.

Ability to think creatively and work independently.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and execution speed.

Nice to Have:

Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation.

Familiarity with CRM tools or email marketing integration.

Worked with influencer collaborations or community-led growth.

Knowledge of short-form video trends and production.

Content performance metrics (shares, saves, comments)
