As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the social media strategy of our brand. Your role will involve creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across various social media platforms to boost brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and generate leads. You should have experience in running ads via Meta Advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Your duties will include planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to meet business objectives, crafting, editing, and scheduling content on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, monitoring industry trends and customer feedback on social media channels, engaging with followers, responding to queries promptly, and managing customer reviews. Analyzing performance metrics, generating reports to evaluate the success of social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency by collaborating with other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer service, and keeping abreast of current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, have at least 4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcase creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, and exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Your skills should include the ability to generate leads for sales, content creation, proficiency in Social Media Platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, knowledge of Analytics Tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite, expertise in SEO and SEM, strong copywriting skills, effective customer engagement strategies, and proficiency in trend analysis.,
