Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing and growing brand presence across major social media platforms. You’ll assist with content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and analytics to support our digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
• Help develop social media calendars and campaign ideas
• Engage with followers and monitor comments, messages, and mentions
• Track performance metrics and generate regular reports (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth)
• Research social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members
• Support influencer outreach and partnerships when applicable
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Passion for social media and digital marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design and trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing a personal or brand social media account
• Understanding of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Basic photography or video editing skills

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
