Social Media Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with brand guidelines
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior
Assist in running paid ad campaigns and tracking performance metrics
Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities
Analyze weekly performance reports and provide insights for improvement
Brainstorm new ideas for growth, engagement, and brand awareness

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Strong understanding of major social media platforms
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
Excellent writing and communication skills
Creative thinking and eye for aesthetics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Enthusiasm to learn and experiment with new marketing techniques
