If youre eager to learn, experiment, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced digital environment, wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance social media strategies and digital marketing processes.Support the team with data analysis, performance reporting, and dashboard creation for campaign and platform metrics.Contribute to website updates, landing page content, and SEO-driven enhancements.Assist in executing performance marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).Experiment with new technologies, platforms, and growth-hacking strategies to boost online presence.Assist and support other digital marketing and business-related tasks as and when required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media and digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategy.Ideal CandidateStrong interest in social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital technologies.Proficient with tools and platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).Basic knowledge of performance marketing concepts and SEO best practices.Creative thinker with strong visual and content ideation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to experiment with new-age solutions.What Youll GainHands-on experience in social media, website management, and performance marketing.Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools and real-world digital workflows.Opportunity to work on live campaigns with measurable outcomes and business impact.A collaborative, mentorship-driven environment with flexibility and continuous learning.Duration: 36 monthsLocation: New Delhi (Onsite)Stipend: 12,000 to 15,000Start Date: Immediate joiner preferred
