Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive Intern to join our marketing team. This role involves content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution across multiple social media platforms to strengthen our brand presence and audience connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing a social media strategy aligned with FTFL’s brand objectives.
• Create and curate engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Schedule and manage content calendars for consistent posting.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and improvement suggestions.
• Stay updated with platform updates and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Familiarity with design/editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
