Role & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Engagement Support

• Respond to comments on client pages
• Like, comment, and engage with followers
• Share posts and create stories from provided content

2. Competitor Research Task:-

• Research caption ideas, hashtags, trends and reels, story formats.

3. Operational & Internal Support

• Organise creatives and caption folders
• Log client-specific feedback or content requirements

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

Skills: Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, hashtag and reel trends and strong communication.
