Company Description: Feni is a digital marketplace reimagining how cinema is financed. We’re building a new ecosystem around Motion Picture Credits (MPC) — fractional ownership in film. Our mission is to make investing in movies as accessible as watching them. The Role: This is a leadership opportunity for someone who knows film—both as art and asset. You will play a critical role in shaping Feni’s slate of projects, ensuring each film we offer is not only culturally relevant but also commercially viable. Key Responsibilities: Lead the selection, evaluation, and acquisition of film projects for the Feni marketplace Identify promising scripts, directors, and producers for collaboration Oversee packaging and early-stage development of selected titles Liaise with creators, production houses, and investors to build confidence around projects Advise on marketing angles, audience positioning, and release strategy Build and grow Feni’s curated film library with quality and vision Who We’re Looking For: A deep understanding of Indian and international cinema, from indie to mainstream Strong network within the film industry—writers, producers, talent studios Ability to balance creative instinct with financial thinking Experience in film development, production, or acquisitions (preferred) Strategic mindset, excellent taste, and a passion for building something new Apply : Tell us why are you the best candidate for this role and how'd you help Feni.
