Today, we've grown into a vibrant network with 9 active units in Tirupati, Kakinada, Guntur, Vijayawada, Nellore, Vizag, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. All our members are young changemakers aged 18 to 27, committed to serving society with compassion and purpose. Ashayam is a movement that believes together, we can create a better place to live for everyone.

Role Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team at Ashayam Foundation. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about digital storytelling, marketing, and creating awareness for social causes. You'll gain hands-on experience in social media management, campaign execution, and creative communication all while contributing to meaningful community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist in developing and executing online campaigns and awareness drives.
• Design posts, reels, and stories using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Write creative captions, event updates, and volunteer highlights.
• Track post engagement and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the core team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
• Good communication and creative writing skills.
• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred).
• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines while working remotely.
