Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to help drive brand awareness, increase app downloads, and attract both merchants and customers. The role involves creating engaging campaigns, managing online presence, and ensuring consistent visibility across social platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute social media strategies to increase app downloads and brand awareness.

· Design and manage campaigns targeting merchant acquisition and customer engagement.

· Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, blogs) tailored for Tier 2 & Tier 3 audiences.

· Run paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads.

· Track campaign performance, analyse metrics, and optimize for higher ROI.

· Collaborate with design and product teams for promotional creatives.

· Respond to queries, and build strong brand presence.

· Research market trends and competitor strategies to position Sevanta effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing / digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM.
• Strong content creation & copywriting skills (in English and local languages preferred).
• Ability to understand Tier 2 & Tier 3 customer behaviour and merchant mindset.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics tools.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
