You will be responsible for generating engaging content that aligns with the target audience, product features, and applications. Your duties will include creating compelling content and videos for YouTube, overseeing the entire video content creation process from scriptwriting and storyboard development to shot selection and basic editing. You will also collaborate with agencies to develop briefs and requirements for externally produced videos. To ensure timely publication, you will coordinate with agencies, track deadlines, and adhere to the content calendar. Additionally, you will actively support new campaigns and marketing initiatives by producing short videos and creative assets. In your role, you will identify and engage with influencers, manage partnerships, and evaluate the return on investment to gauge the effectiveness of these collaborations. Collaborating with agencies to streamline content creation, publication, and promotional activities will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to analyze trends, propose innovative content formats, and generate creative content ideas to enhance audience engagement. Monitoring page performance, analyzing social media post analytics, and assessing content effectiveness will be crucial in refining your content strategy. Your qualifications should include a graduation degree, with post-graduation being preferred. Ideally, you should possess 2 to 4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, content creation, communication development, video creation, and performance marketing. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, creativity, market intelligence, result orientation, analytical skills, and effective presentation abilities are essential for success in this role.,
