Job Description

Position: Social Media Assistant (2 Openings – 1 Male, 1 Female) Location: Nikol Type: Full-time, In-house Roles & Responsibilities Develop and contribute creative ideas for social media content across platforms. Plan and execute on-ground reel shoots – from concept to final posting. Shoot quality content using a mobile phone with proper framing, lighting, and audio. Stay updated with trending audio, hashtags, and formats to create engaging, viral-worthy content. Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh campaign concepts. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for smooth content production. Assist in basic video editing (reels, stories, shorts) when needed. Actively participate in on-location shoots, events, and brand activities. Support other in-house agency work whenever required. Maintain a consistent brand tone and style across all content. Research competitors and industry trends to help the brand stay ahead. Ensure timely posting and help manage the content calendar.
