Job Description

We are seeking a Telecaller and Social Media Marketing Assistant with exceptional communication skills to effectively manage interactions with both current and potential customers. Your role will involve responding to incoming leads via calls, chat, and other channels to address all inquiries promptly. Additionally, you will assist customers with their queries, offer product information, and schedule follow-up calls when necessary. It is imperative to maintain a record of daily online sales. This is a full-time position that requires a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, and prior experience in social media marketing for at least 1 year is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of overall work experience is also preferred. A certification in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage. The work location for this position is in person.
