Social Media Marketer & Video Editor

Job Summary

Were looking for a creative and organized Social Media Marketer who also has basic video editing and design skills. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content that builds trust, educates audiences, and strengthens our brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Tools You’ll Use

Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (basic), Davinci Resolve

Graphic Design: Canva (primary), Adobe Photoshop (optional)

AI Tools: Basic use of AI video or design tools is a plus

Content Planning: Google Sheets or social scheduling tools like Buffer or Meta Suite

Responsibilities

Create and manage monthly content calendars

Design professional and clean social media creatives using Canva

Edit short videos or reels for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

Work closely with the team to repurpose internal content into social posts

Track performance of posts and suggest improvements

Stay updated with content trends relevant to business audiences

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation

Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro

Good understanding of Canva and modern, minimal design styles

Comfortable writing short captions or headlines for business audiences

Organized and proactive in planning content

Nice to Have

Basic understanding of professional services or B2B audience

Familiarity with LinkedIn content formats

Experience working with remote teams
