Social Media Marketer (Fresher - Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will play a key role in managing and growing our online presence, engaging with the audience, and driving brand awareness through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies.
• Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and short videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community interactions.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
