Social Media Manager: Build and amplify our social media reach and engagement We are House Of Makeup: an ambitious young beauty brand that is pioneering clean, high-performance makeup in the country. We are proud to be a homegrown brand with a woman-led founder, with big growth goals. We are looking for an equally ambitious Social Media Manager who will amplify our online presence across our social platforms, taking complete accountability and ownership for growing our online community and producing, managing, and disseminating engaging content in a strategic and timely fashion. RESPONSIBILITY: • Rapidly grow and manage the online community (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter): ensure significant growth in total followers and engagement • Strategize and plan the social media calendars based on analytics, data, trends, and present it monthly/weekly to the leadership team • Create/curate or get engaging, trending content created daily, per brand aesthetics, on time • Nurture and build deeper relationships with the online community through daily engagement and interactions REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in managing the social handles of a D2C brand OR a similar role (Preferably in an ad/digital agency/ cosmetic company) Experience in creating social media strategies Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. In-depth knowledge of social media platform features and how to use them Social media should be an obsession, not just a passion Deep knowledge on studying analytics and knowing what it takes to grow a community An eye for latest trending content, pop culture references, trending songs, etc. An almost annoying attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills BONUS SKILLS • Designing skills and experience in AI, Photoshop, Canva Editing knowledge: InShot or Capcut/similar • INDUSTRY: Cosmetics, Beauty, Ad agency, Fashion • EXPERIENCE : 5+ YEARS
