Job Description:

Incumbent is responsible for driving brand growth through innovative digital marketing strategies, managing digital resources, and leading multimedia content creation to boost engagement across social platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and execution of social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

2. Manage and coordinate a team responsible for content creation, digital design, and social media operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

3. Develop follower-specific content strategies tailored to increase reach and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

4. Design and animate creatives including videos, GIFs, banners, and other brand collaterals for digital campaigns.

5. Oversee video production for product explainers, event coverage, and branded storytelling content.

6. Maintain and update the companys visual style guide to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

7. Develop and manage content calendars and scheduling workflows for timely content delivery.

8. Track, analyze, and report social media and digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

9. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and HR teams to align messaging and visual strategies with overall business goals.

10. Utilize AI and creative digital tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to enhance campaign creativity and efficiency.

11. Stay informed on platform-specific content formats, engagement tactics, and analytics tools such as LinkedIn Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Job Specification:

1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related discipline.

2. 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media platforms, community engagement, and analytics.

4. Proven portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and brand storytelling skills.

5. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

6. Experience with digital design, animation, and video editing for marketing campaigns.

7. Familiarity with AI creative tools and quick-use design tools such as Canva.

8. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.

9. Ability to analyze data and apply insights for optimizing content strategy and campaign outcomes.

10. Detail-oriented with deep knowledge of typography, composition, and design systems.
