Social Media Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, strategize, and manage daily posting schedule for all social media platforms.
  
• Create high-quality content including

  reels, YouTube videos, stories, banner posts, and thumbnails.

• Write captions, scripts, titles, descriptions, and hashtags optimized for reach and engagement.
  
• Manage YouTube uploads, SEO tags, playlists, end screens, community posts, and analytics.
  
• Design and execute paid marketing ads if required (Meta & Google preferred).
  
• Track performance using analytics and provide

  weekly growth reports.

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain brand engagement.
  
• Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and sales team for campaigns.
  
• Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and viral content ideas.
  
• Create real estate-focused storytelling content aligned with projects, testimonials, site visits, and market education.
