Role Overview:

creative and strategic Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute
social media strategies
to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and manage content calendars for platforms like
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for
graphics, videos, and campaigns
.
Run and monitor
paid advertising campaigns
(Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare
weekly/monthly reports
.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain community engagement.
Research and implement the
latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
.
Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand collaborations.

Requirements:

13 years of experience
in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of
Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics tools
.
Proficiency in using
Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools
.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English.
Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form content (Reels, Stories, Posts).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in running
e-commerce or international brand accounts
.
Knowledge of
SEO, email marketing, or content marketing
.
Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling abilities.
