Job Description

Role & responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a content calendar for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms like Threads. Manage daily posting, monitoring, and engagement with followers to grow community presence. Analyze platform performance and optimize based on insights and analytics. Content Creation: Create original, high-quality content including posts, videos (short-form and long-form), stories, reels, and infographics. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure content aligns with brand tone and visual identity. Script and produce short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Brand Messaging & Storytelling: Craft narratives that highlight Vyapars impact on small businesses. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase product features, customer stories, updates, and campaigns in a relatable, engaging format. Community Engagement: Interact with users, respond to comments/messages, and proactively build relationships with online communities. Monitor online conversations and trends relevant to SMEs, finance, and tech for timely content opportunities. Performance & Growth: Track KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, content reach, and conversions. Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies Preferred candidate profile 3 to 6 years of experience in social media and digital content creation, preferably in a B2C or tech startup environment. Proven portfolio of video, reel, or written content that generated strong engagement. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools. Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite. Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Ability to think in Hindi and English (bilingual content creation is a plus). A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit aligned with Vyapars mission.
