Social Media Manager

Experience in e-commerce, healthcare/health tech or the service industry is preferred.

• Develop and own social media strategies for 5-6 projects across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and YouTube
• Build a distinct brand voice, tone and visual identity for each project
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for every project, aligned with its business goals
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, carousels, short-form videos and stories
• Adapt content for different audiences, from online shoppers to healthcare users to service customers
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes and new content formats

Growth and Performance

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn , You tube campaigns to drive awareness, leads, sales and conversions
• Run e-commerce campaigns, including product promotions, catalogue ads and retargeting
• Grow followers, engagement and reach through organic and paid strategies
• Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, CTR, CPL, ROAS and ROI, and share regular reports for each project
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy and audiences to improve results
• Identify and manage influencer, creator and partnership collaborations

Community and Collaboration

• Build and manage active online communities, responding to comments and messages promptly
• Monitor brand mentions, sentiment and competitor activity for each project
• Work closely with design, content, product and sales teams to support launches and campaigns
• Prioritise effectively and manage deadlines across multiple projects at the same time
• Manage freelancers, agencies or junior team members where needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on social media marketing experience

• Experience in e-commerce, healthcare/health tech or the service industry is preferred

• Strong hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and YouTube channels
• Proven experience running and optimising Meta Ads (Ads Manager, audience targeting, retargeting and catalogue ads)
• Experience growing YouTube channels, including video content, YouTube SEO, thumbnails and analytics
• Experience with LinkedIn company pages, content strategy and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands or projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
• Excellent organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
