We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our social media channels, develop engaging content, execute digital campaigns, and grow our online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and organic reach.
• Manage iGear's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for posts, reels, stories, product launches, and campaigns.
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, scripts, product demonstrations, and brand stories.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and internal teams to create high-quality content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, trending audio, reels formats, and industry developments.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, festivals, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations, product reviews, unboxing videos, and user-generated content.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and customer interactions to improve engagement and brand loyalty.
• Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Analyse engagement, reach, follower growth, video views, and other key metrics to optimise content performance.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve iGear's digital presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands, lifestyle products, technology, electronics, or retail businesses is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent written communication, copywriting, and creative storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and social media analytics tools.
• Understanding of reels, short-form videos, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage.
• Ability to plan content calendars, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset with strong organisational and analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate is creative, digitally savvy, and understands how to make consumer technology products relevant and engaging for today's audience. The candidate should be comfortable developing content ideas, coordinating execution, monitoring performance, and taking ownership of the brand's social media presence.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹35,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
