About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who can understand client requirements, develop engaging content, coordinate with designers, and ensure timely approvals and delivery of social media creatives and documents.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, good communication abilities, and an understanding of social media platforms and content creation. Freshers with relevant internship experience in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write engaging and platform-appropriate content, including social media captions, post copy, headlines, creatives, and content ideas.
• Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, brand guidelines, and expectations.
• Requirement Gathering: Clearly understand client briefs and translate them into actionable content and creative requirements.
• Content Approval: Share content and creative drafts with clients, collect feedback, incorporate revisions, and obtain final approvals.
• Designer Coordination: Work closely with graphic designers to communicate content requirements, creative directions, references, and design specifications.
• Creative Briefing: Help designers understand the purpose, messaging, format, and visual direction of each post, campaign, or document.
• Social Media Management: Assist in planning content calendars, scheduling posts, and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Quality Checks: Review content and designs for spelling, grammar, brand consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements before sharing them for approval or publishing.
• Follow-ups and Coordination: Track pending approvals, manage revisions, and ensure timely delivery of content and creatives.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with social media trends, relevant topics, content formats, and competitor activities to suggest fresh ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and content-writing skills.
• Good verbal communication and confidence in interacting with clients.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into clear creative briefs.
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with designers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and manage revisions professionally.

Experience and Eligibility

• Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience in social media management, content writing, digital marketing, or creative coordination are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers must have completed a relevant internship in social media management, content writing, digital marketing, or a similar field.
• Candidates with internship experience involving content creation, client coordination, or designer collaboration will be preferred.
